Had a fantastic experience with Shane. The lock mechanism on my uPVC patio doors broke the day before I was due to go on holiday, leaving me in a real bind. I called him that evening, and he was at my door with his tools first thing the next morning. I cannot fault the service or workmanship I received - my lock is now buttery smooth. I???d highly recommend his services to anyone.

I???m stuck in China for work and my family had an emergency with the front door (it wouldn???t open, essentially making them prisoners in our home!!). Despite not being able to phone UK from here, and it being a public holiday in the UK, Shane and his team were able to quickly, professionally and cost effectively fix the problem within hours. I usually only post warning reviews on Google, but had to write this review to fully recommend Afford-A-Lock to anyone who has such a problem. Hopefully I don???t need this help again, but if I do, I know who to call???

Shane was amazing. Super quick, kind and helpful. He came to us within half an hour when an elderly neighbour was locked out, got the door open and a new lock fitted within minutes. i'd recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith.

Really helpful! Found what the problem was with our door and fixed it straight away. Reasonable price compared to what I had been quoted. Would definitely recommend!

We were just setting off to Manchester airport when our back door wouldn???t lock. Shane arrived in less than half an hour and the lock was repaired in less than 15 minutes. Excellent communication, efficient and most of all he saved our holiday. Thank you Shane!!
