Fantastic service. Mark responded very quickly and sorted my door issue effectively. He was super pleasant and knowledgable. Highly recommend. Thank you!

We would recommend Mark highly based on our experience when he installed a new lock on our garage doors. He is very knowledgeable and helpful, and gave us advice on making needed adjustments to the garage doors and maintaining our other locks. He was also readily available to troubleshoot a slight post-installation problem.

Amazing service! I highly recommend Mark. He responded to my message almost immediately and arrived exactly when he said he would. Mark was professional, clearly very knowledgeable, and the price for the lock replacement was very reasonable. My expectations were exceeded in every way, 5+ stars. If you want a trustworthy, honest professional, Mark is your man. Thank you so much!

Mark is simply the best. I got home and couldn???t get inside my house and was completely stuck. I called him on a Saturday evening and he came out so quickly. I was honestly quite upset when I called and he was incredibly kind, calm and reassuring the whole time. He sorted the problem quickly and professionally and made a very stressful situation so much easier. I???m so grateful for his help and would recommend him to anyone.

I highly recommend Mark. He was friendly, courteous and informative and was able to fix our UPVC patio doors for a reasonable cost! We emailed Mark and he responded within minutes with a phone call, he was flexible about when he could visit. He sorted out three sets of patio doors that were close to impossible to lock and unlock for us. He was also helpful with advice on maintaining our locks, cutting new keys, and which lubricants to buy for them. Highly recommended all round!
