Darren @Dixon???s is excellent. Very prompt to reply to enquiry and with us the next day. No fuss just a professional and quality service. Considerate of neighbours. Also a lovely man. Local to Worcester area - not a national company - so perfect of you live here and want to support local traders. Thanks Darren.

I was recommended Dixons Auto Tech Solutions Limited after other garages couldn???t fix my car, which had a steering lock fault. From the very first experience with Darren, everything was excellent. He quickly ordered the required parts and came out promptly to repair my car. I was absolutely delighted that he was able to fix the problem. Darren was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Dixons Auto Tech Solutions Limited to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality service. Thank you so much, Darren, for getting me back on the road!

Absolute legend! Responded to my email very quickly and came out to me next day, got the job done in an hour and in 33 degree heat ???? Darren was very friendly and polite. Price was lowest we found which was great and shows he's not overcharging just for the sake of it, like some do! We went with Darren based off his reviews and they didn't lie, he's amazing! Will definitely use him again and recommend to everyone! 5 star guy!

I initially booked a well known national auto locksmith company to retrieve my keys that I accidentally locked in the boot of my car. Their technician tried for two hours to gain access to my car and then left and recommended that I ???smash my car window to gain access???. I found Darren???s details on google and gave him a call. He talked me through the method he???d use, came out the same day, gained access to my car within 20 minutes and was more competitively priced than the national auto locksmith company that was unable to retrieve my keys. Darren was so friendly and professional. He brings all the kit in his van to cut new keys and everything is done on site. I would highly recommend Darren. Quick, friendly service, very professional and so knowledgeable!

I came across Dixon???s Auto Tech Solutions while out walking my dog and had a quick chat with Darren. He was friendly and approachable, and after explaining what I needed, he kindly offered to come over later that day to make a spare key for my BMW Z4 once he???d finished his current job. Darren???s knowledge and professionalism really stood out. He took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel completely at ease with the process from start to finish. The job itself was done quickly and efficiently, and the quality of work was excellent. I was left with a fully functioning spare key, and everything inside the car was put back together perfectly with no issues at all. Overall, a fantastic service ??? reliable, professional, and extremely convenient! I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Dixon???s Auto Tech Solutions to anyone needing this kind of work done. Thanks Darren, it was a pleasure to meet you!
