Had a non-emergency issue with a UPVC door lock. Called up Profile Locksmiths for assistance, they arrived within an hour. Assessed the door lock etc, told me that the door had dropped slightly, no need to replace anything. The whole thing was fixed and sorted within 15 minutes. Peter was extremely helpful, friendly and fair. I would absolutely use him again and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I contacted Profile Locksmiths in the evening and was really impressed from the start. He got back to me straight away, and his communication throughout was excellent???clear, honest, and he explained exactly what was possible. He arrived exactly on time and carried out the work to a really high standard. He was able to pick the lock and get me back into the garage without any issues, which was a huge relief. Overall, a very professional and reliable service. I was extremely happy and would definitely recommend him to others, including my staff. Thanks again!

Pete from Profile Locksmiths did a fantastic job in replacing an old mortice lock on our patio doors on a day before a long BH weekend. He was recommended to us as other locksmiths were unable to do the work in a reasonable timeframe. Pete arrived when he said he was going to and within 30mins of our call! It was a tricky job but he managed to get the doors open, replace the lock and get the doors working again, insisting on leaving the place clean and tidy after he had finished. He is incredibly professional and clearly expert at what he does. We cannot recommend Pete and Profile Locksmith highly enough and will definitely use again. Thank you Pete!
