Can???t rate Matthew highly enough - arranged call out on the day, he was prompt, came at time he said, very thorough, nothing too much effort and gave me such sensible practical advice. Moreover I couldn???t believe how reasonable he was in his price. Such nice professional man. If only they were all like Martin - I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

Josh answered the phone straightaway and arrived at our house 15 minutes later! He quickly fixed our front door lock problem with a new lock and the job was done in 15 minutes. Brilliant service, thanks Josh.

This was a same day appointment as an emergency having recently moved and no garage key to lock. Simon was excellent explaining in detail what needed to be done to make safe and secure. Also sorting a padlock for the side access door. Simon showed and explained everything when finished. Excellent and efficient service all round from start to finish. Would certainly recommend

First-class service. Another awkward time-consuming job but it was all sorted out professionally as in the first job he tackled for me. John-Paul took the time to call me to advise that he would arrive a little late; I really appreciate this. Thank you very much.

Fantastic, friendly service from John-Paul Lines. He was very prompt from the initial phone call. We were impressed with the job done. Would highly recommend John-Paul.
