Kieran was great. He figured out the issue with our bathroom lock and fixed it. He found a way to reduce the overall costs by fixing an issue with the existing mechanism instead of blindly replacing it. A number you need to have on your phone.

Such a lovely company to deal with! I was given a quote of ??240 for a bifold door handle that had snapped off by the company that manufactured it. I rang Newton locks who quoted ??140. They ordered the part, came out at exactly the time they said and fitted it for ??127 - a bit less than the quote. If only everyone in business was this good. Keep doing it right! Thanks

Phoned Saturday evening as we couldn't open our front door as it was stuck (which wasn't an emergency as we could use the back door but we needed it fixed!) and Kieran arranged a time to come the next morning on a Sunday. He was very thorough and worked out what the problem was very efficiently explaining what he was doing as he went. Our door is now better than it was originally for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!
