Nigel is very professional and knowledgeable in his field. We needed very old locks updating and also access to a garage that we had no key for. Nigel was prompt and carried out the work to a high standard and for a reasonable price. We will certainly use his services again should the need arise.

Nigel was excellent, so happy with his service. Came out within the hour to help us with our errant lock. Isolated the issue within minutes, made a temporary repair and got the original lock working again and then, on request, went and collected a better quality replacement and, again on request so as to fit in with our plans, came back on a Sunday morning to fix the problem permanently. Tidy, polite and entirely efficient, I cannot praise him highly enough. Many thanks, will definitely be asking for his help if needed in future.

I called Nigel because the lock on my front door has been dodgy for a while, and then the handle broke off. Although it wasn't an actual emergency he still came out the very next day, fitted in with my working hours and arrived exactly when he said he would, texting me when he was on his way. He was very pleasant and polite, and knew exactly what he was doing. Her replaced my door handle, gave my lock some TLC and sorted it out. I was really happy with the service provided and feel very confident to know that if I ever have a similar problem again Nigel is just a phone call away, I would recommend his services too anyone.
