Contacted for emergency visit, I was helped and advised expertly by Kristina, the steps of making payment on behalf of my client were explained, and the service received was 10/10 Great communication from start to finish. Highly recommend,.

Wonderful service! I was locked out of my house and called multiple locksmiths, none of whom said they could do it (due to the type of lock) and one even said they had other stuff they'd rather do on a Sunday afternoon! Anyway, they were able to quote me a reasonable price and came out within the hour. Not only that, they were able to get me in without damaging the lock! Highly, highly, highly recommend them.

Got locked out of my car. Did a Google search and called this number on a SUNDAY! Terry came out within an hour and quoted me over the phone. Very fast, friendly and reliable. And great price!!

I was unable to unlock the conservatory door so I did a Google search for a local locksmith . It was here I found Lock and Key Rotherham. I rang their number and a very pleasant lady took details of the problem and gave estimates for a repair/replacement . Once I agreed to proceed a time was given for someone to come round to fix the problem. Terry rang me to say he was able to come round earlier than quoted, which was great. Once he was at my house he efficiently replaced the faulty parts and had my door working perfectly. The whole experience was great. Efficient from beginning to end. I would most definitely recommend them.

I rang Lock and Key after we had a problem with our wooden door lock. I spoke to Danny who managed to get someone to fix it the following morning as we were going out in the afternoon. The service was great and the young man who came to the house was bang on time and fitted the new lock quickly and with no mess. I would definitely recommend Lock and Key. Thank you x
