We snapped the garage key off in the lock. Dan attended promptly, but was unable to dig the broken key out, meaning we needed to source a new mechanism. Given the age of the lock, this was an absolute mission, but Dan eventually sourced one in Australia! He stayed in touch regularly while this was going on, then fitted the replacement in 10 minutes flat. Great service, reasonable charge, I'm happy to recommend.

5 star experience. Dan turned up within minutes of me calling and replaced my faulty door mechanism/lock. Fantastic service and a really good guy. Highly recommend. Thanks Dan, Jack

What a guy! We needed all our locks changing so one key opened all of them plus a quantity of key. His advice on options prices and value were very helpful. Within half a day he had the bespoke locks all made with the keys and installed. Service and professional delivery of the highest standard. Thanks!

More than happy to give Higgins Locksmiths five stars. My daughter came home to a jammed door that wouldn???t open even after everything was unlocked. Dan came out within the hour, diagnosed the problem and got the door open quickly, without damaging the property and fixed the latch. Everything was done efficiently and well, and Dan explained the problem and the remedy clearly. More than happy with the cost as well (as much as you can be!). Happy to recommend Higgins Locksmiths to everyone and we would certainly use again if needed.
