Prefect job and fast service. Had 3 locks changed and couldnt fault them and at a very reasonable price

I'm absolutely delighted with James from NE1 Locksmith Services, he sorted our wobbly door handle in record time which I'm over the moon with. Polite and friendly, I would have no problem recommending his services to others, and will definitely be using again. Thank you so much, we're really grateful!

Absolutely brilliant service. My mum suffers with dementia and her carers lost/took her keys. I was worried who had her keys and could enter her property and we needed the locks changed asap. 2 door locks were replaced and spare keys cut. Even sorted out a heavy closing door. They didn't leave until they were satisfied my mum knew how to use the new locks. Great service and a very good price. Great communication throughout and even afterwards. I would 100% recommend. I wish there was more companies like this, well done on your excellent customer service ????.

Great service from James. Had a patio door that had fallen out of alignment and couldn't be locked/closed properly. Messaged to see if this could be looked at asap. James came round the next day and sorted it quickly so the doors now once again lock. Easy and straightforward, would highly recommend!

Amazing experience with James, great communication beforehand and did an amazing job with our doors. No more draught and they open so smoothly! Would definitely recommend/ use the services again.
