James is fantastic. We've used him three times over the last four years, and every experience has been excellent. He's always friendly, reliable, clear about when he can attend, and turns up when he says he will. The first time we needed him, we were locked out of the house, and he got us back in within a couple of hours. More recently, he's helped us with issues involving our bi-fold doors. On the latest occasion, although it wasn't really the type of work he normally deals with, he still took the time to offer helpful advice and pointed us towards someone who could help. We've always found James to be knowledgeable, honest and genuinely helpful. We'd happily recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable locksmith, and he'll always be our first call if we need help again.

Experienced issues with composite door locking reliably after moving to my new house. James from Stay Safe locksmiths was great and showed me what the fault was. He fitted new working mechanism and changed locks to kite safe insurance approved ones. Work is guaranteed for a year. Happy customer here, thanks.

James, came out at short notice at a weekend to repair our broken door lock in a composite door. He was professional, polite, efficient and did an outstanding job fitting a new one for a good price. I then asked him to fit all new furniture and he again returned and fitted, handles, letterbox and door knocker in a very nice style and colour. The door now looks new. I would definitely recommend if you ever need any locksmith work or similar

Excellent service from James. He attended my rental property within 45 minutes of being called and quickly resolved the lock issue. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. Communication was great throughout, and he got everything sorted efficiently with minimal disruption to the tenants. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend James to anyone needing a reliable locksmith. Thanks again for the fantastic service!

Excellent service. James responded to me immediately and ascertained which product I would need (he sent me a link, including the trade price) and quoted a price for his service, which was in line with his specialised trade. He arrived within his predicted timeframe messaging me as he left his previous client. He was very thorough and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
