Great service from Theakstons locksmiths. Arrived when he said he would, talked me through the job, explaining as he went and reasons why, a very professional and tidy job. He even hoovered and tidied up at the end of fitting the lock. 5 stars well deserved, many thanks. Will definitely be recommending ????

What a guy a professional and gentleman who really cares. If you require a Locksmith you won't find better. After calling Paul today he was here within half an hour and told me the possible problems with my front door not locking the exact costs this would be and got on the job no messing even adjusting what the builders had not done to start with finishing by even adding oil door spray and polishing the door that had never looked so good in 12 yrs and yes his costs were very realistic and fare. If you need a locksmith who knows his job remember to Call Paul. Thank you Paul so much.

After calling Paul Theakston to upgrade the locks on our front door and garage door, he responded immediately and was at our house within 15 minutes. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism and expertise were obvious. Paul took the time to explain the latest advancements in lock technology and talked me through the options available today compared to the standard locks fitted by Bellway on our new-build property. His depth of knowledge was genuinely impressive, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand without any pressure or sales pitch. The entire job took around half an hour, but Paul went above and beyond what I expected. Not only did he upgrade the locks, but he also realigned our front door, fixed the garage door handle, and lubricated all of the locking mechanisms to ensure everything operated smoothly. It???s rare these days to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and delivers this level of customer service. The quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and value for money were outstanding. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone on our estate or anyone looking to improve the security of their home. Incredible service from start to finish. Thanks again, Paul!

Paul was really good. He explained everything he was doing in detail, and I really felt we got value for our money. Our front door lock had broken internally and whilst I could get what had gone wrong I had no chance of fixing it myself without paying a lot more. Highly recommend him and will happily pass his details on to friends and family if they should ever need his services. When he left the door felt like it was new.
