Absolutely brilliant, John has been so helpful & supportive after my safe door refused to open. He eventually managed to open the door by drilling the lock after the batteries failed. John ordered me a new safe and came back to fit it. Thanks so much.

Brilliant quality of service Immediate response to a text enquiry. Identified potential problems and attended within a couple of hours. Supplied and fitted without delay. Professional. Courteous. Genuine. Would use again and recommend. Thank you

John was efficient, polite and professional. Arrived at agreed time and kept good communication. He gained entry to our property in under a minute (lost keys) and replaced the lock at the quoted price. He even adjusted closure mechanism and explained the quality of the replacement lock against the old one. I completely recommend Teeside Locksmith ltd. Duncan

Absolutely fantastic service. The response time was brilliant, diagnosed the problem after a short description on the phone and was fixed so quickly upon his arrival. Really nice guy, affordable prices and we will definitely use his services again! Thank you so much!

John came out within 15 minutes of reporting the issue. He was reasonably price quick, professional and very courteous. Would recommend this young man and his company without hesitation. Fantastic to deal with a tradesman who puts you at ease in a stressful situation and didn't cost the earth. 5 star treatment and 5 star service.
