Called Andy at Fortify re an outer door operating problem. We discussed the issue. Andy came out the next morning, completed the required work expertly, I am very pleased with his service.

Excellent service from start to finish. Andy responded quickly to the issues we had in our GP surgery and dealt with the issues promptly and professionally. Repairs required were clearly explained prior to carrying out the work needed.. Efficient, knowledgeable, and reliable service ??? highly recommended.

What a great service, said he would be here early the next day and as promised he made it mid morning and knew what the problem was and parts replaced and working as it should. Thanks for a job well done. We would be using him again and would not hesitate to recommend.

I would highly recommend Andy. He helped us out recently when I was locked out the house. He was speedy to respond and got me back in the house quickly. Andy has also fixed a door for us before and was excellent at explaining the fault on our door and what he could do to repair it. And it is still working! Thanks Andy : )

I have used Fortify Locksmiths twice now and the service I received on both occasions has been exceptional. Andy is incredibly honest and reliable and always gives you the cost up front. He has done an excellent job of sorting my locks and realigning my door. I would highly recommend his services.
