Fantastic service. Came at time agreed which was within a couple of hours of messaging initially. We weren't in a major hurry so that was fine. Super fast and professional changing barrels on 2 PVC doors. Was here less than 20 mins, explained options and costs beforehand. Cannot fault Alastairs work. We required an invoice for the insurance which was sent direct to my email within the hour of finishing the job. Highly recommended

Contacted Alastair with a problem door lock - who was extremely accommodating and booked in to see us a few hours later. Arrived promptly, diagnosed and resolved the issue swiftly. Couldn't speak more highly of Alastair and the service he provides.... but most importantly, the quality of his customer service and interpersonal skills are second to none. Thank you!!

This man is a true gent! He helped me out when I reached the limits of my knowledge with replacing the gearbox/lock as a whole unit for my composite front door. Alistair took one look at it, quoted me a fair price and that is what I paid, no hidden costs, no hidden agenda just true customer service and workmanship. He even realigned my front door whilst he visited which I didn't even know needed doing....sure enough it now glides from closed to open and back again like silk. What a legend!!!

Texted Alistair because my patio doors would not lock. He replied promptly and arrived later that day, fixing the problem inside 30 mins. Excellent work as always, I would not go to anyone else. On top of his locksmith skills, he really is a truly nice chap. Highly recommended

My 33 year old back door lock finally seized up after a wonky few months. Alistair came out at the agreed time and replaced the lock and door handles. He had all the parts available in his van, not bad for such an old lock! I had expected to have to wait for new parts. An excellent job at a reasonable price by a very pleasant man.
