Absolutely brilliant job done by the boys brough 2 of my roof boxes in which both annoying opened on the same side because the other sides were broken and they stripped down both and made them good as new as well as sorting me with new keys. I had one Lock that was stuck with sand in and the other with a snapped key that you couldn???t see inside lock. They did an amazing job and managed it in the same day which I was very impressed with. I didn???t realise they did roof boxes at first but I was very impressed with their work and determination getting the job done to the highest standard I highly recommend. Thanks to their quick finishing of the job I was able to take both boxes on holiday which I was very happy about. Roof boxes means true holiday mode ????

Phoned Grays needing a replacement remote car key. Got booked in quickly at a time convenient for me within a couple of days. Glen did the job and I was pleasantly surprised at the price. Pleasant, polite, helpful and friendly staff; professional in outcome and attitude. All in all, a great experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I rang the shop and asked if Grays could open an old cash box for which I???d lost the key. The lady said bring it along we???ll have a go. I did and a technician called John opened it in about 5 minutes without damaging it. I???ve now taken it back to see if they can make a replacement key. Brilliant service.

Massive thank you to Glen and Ian for coming over and cutting me a spare key for my 1999 Honda Civic. It wasn't an easy request based on how worn the original key was but I'm very impressed how quickly and easily they managed to complete the job. Very polite, professional and chatty and a great price too! Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs keys cutting. Will be sure to use them again in the future! Thank you guys ????

I needed a good quality safe and lived 20 minutes away from Grays and I am glad I made the trip. Adam served me just the the way I appreciate good service. Listening to what I wanted and giving me advice accordingly with no pressure. They where very flexible to some requirements that i had, can't fault them to look after you.
