Great company to deal with, high quality products. Had an issue with returning a few items, Jack was fast and efficient dealing with the issue, nothing too much of a problem. Will definitely use and recommend Pro Tiler Tools again. Thankyou

I waited a very long time for my order, and after several delays and poor communication, it was eventually refunded. While I appreciate receiving the refund, the overall experience was disappointing. Customers should not have to wait weeks without clear updates before finding out that an order cannot be fulfilled. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

Amazing store at Northampton, I was able to get all I needed and Danny was extremely helpful giving good advice and information on the products we needed more information on. Danny is a credit to the company and his customer care was excellent. Thanks again.

A huge shout out to Jack. He's helped me now with a few lighting solutions on two projects. Very grateful for his time and knowledge... and also getting me out of a situation I created. I look forward to using you on future jobs/projects.

Amazing gem that I didn't know was so close to me. After ringing multiple places for Kerakoll, I found Pro Tiler Tools and I was nervous about my decisions on colour, they were very helpful. The guy who helped me called Will was so nice, caring and helped me carry the items to my car. Thank you for being understanding as a novice DIYer
