Brilliant service. Jacob was fantastic, he was patient and helpful and has a good eye for matching grout and tiles! And thank you both (Jacob and Gavin) for lifting all those???d heavy tiles into the car! I???ll certainly be back again.

Dear Jacob, Many thanks for the sterling service and professional advice in selling me your tile cutter and other materials. I didn???t realise that the tub I got earlier from City Plumbing was the same kit you sold me. ( I thought it was ready made up grout) I am returning it today by Almut for whom I am fitting her En suite. She has my bank card. I trust everything is in order. Kindest regards, John Burleigh, Histon

Chris has been so helpful on the many visits we've made. My elderly mother is having a bathroom revamp and Chris has shown so much patience with her every time, even when it's been clear there have been other customers needing assistance!! He just had one of his team help them so he could concentrate on giving my mother amazing service!! After many changes of mind, we've settled on her preferred choice and our fitters can now come and order to get this job finally complete. Thank you again so much, it's made what has been quite a tough job so much easier for us!

I visited many tile shops in my hunt for new bathrooms tiles and found the staff in Topps Tiles Cambridge excellent both knowledgeable and friendly without smothering you. Eventually went back and purchased some samples and they followed up with me to see how i liked them. I went back and they credited me the tiles i did not like against my order for tiles i love and i was served by Jacob who was able to confirm how many tiles i needed and point out the grout i liked on the display. Overall very happy with the service, the staff and the options i was provided with.

Chris gave a very professional support, well communicated and recommended the right items to the customers. He also offered to load the items to the car. Very happy shopping. They have nice products too in the Cambridge local shop. Would shop again soon!
