Visited Topps Tiles to purchase tiles for my en-suite, and Martin was a great help. Went above and beyond to show me various options that fitted in with my requirements. Would definitely recommend seeking his help if you require advice.

We went into the Norwich branch of Topps Tiles in search of black and white mosaic tiles and a matching boarder. To be honest we didn???t envisage that there would be much interaction with the staff but??? as we walked through the door we were greeted by Harry and the customer service which he gave to us just got better and better. Having established what we were looking for, Harry offered us the opportunity to look at examples of grout, set against our chosen tiles in colours we had no idea even existed! He explained tile fixing materials and other mysteries regarding the fitting of wall tiles, which until that point we did not know that we would need to consider. Harry is knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and extremely good humoured; all in all excellent ???Front Of House??? for the company! Encouraged by the excellent service we experienced, we will be placing an order with the company through our builder.

I've been into the Norwich branch on Hall Rd 3 times in the last month and all 3 different sales people have been really helpful. In particular Harry was amazing- went above and beyond to help with trying to match grout colours to old tiles in photos i brought. Couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Very impressed!

Served by Gren today and must be the most helpful person ever. Nothing was too much trouble. Although we did not know really what we wanted we left the showroom with tiles, trims, grout and adhesives. A Topp man indeed.
