Bought some tiles from tile giant in February - good service. Company went into liquidation and would not release my tiles or refund my money. They were up and running in a different name the following day. Appalling service. I would not recommend. Treat people how you???d like to be treated.

I ordered tiles for next day delivery and it never came. Now its not possible to contact them as website and phones lines have not been working for a week. I would be careful ordering from them.

This place has all your tile needs. I went this time last year and forgot to leave this review. Chris and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful. They gave me lots of advice, not just about there products but fitting, common issues with wall panels. I was blown away as the first time I went I didn't buy anything but the team spoke to me in depth about all sorts of tile products and the project I was doing. Went back the week later and picked the tiles, which arrived in a couple of days The team are experts in what they do and the service was great, even helped me load up the car as the tiles only just squeezed in. Blown away with the service after visiting other tile shops and being dismissed. Will be going back whenever I have a project in the future

Very helpful and friendly guys at this branch. Good selection of tiles, we hunted high and low for something suitable. Couldn't speak more highly about them. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again

This was our second visit to Tile Giant and as before it was a very good experience. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and had an excellent selection of tiles to choose from.The tiles we ordered were in store within a couple of days and a phone call was received to arrange their collection. A First class service was received and I would highly recommend you give these guys a visit. You won???t be dissatisfied.
