Great experience. Good selection of quality tiles and excellent customer service. Our tile order was quick to be available for collection. Returned unused tiles without any hassle. Someone even helped me carry them from the car to the store as I had my dog who was tying me in knots with her lead as I was trying to carry tiles ????

All the team, Mark, Paul and Caitlin were all gave a fantastic service. Extremely pleased with there products, the tiles are amazing and our new bathroom looks superb. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for quality products and service.

Beautiful tiles and very professional service. Their showroom is well presented with many various room configurations to get one inspired.

I purchased Hadleigh Highgrove tiles online a few days ago. The tiles arrived quickly and I was blown away by the quality. I had a query regarding the order and wrote to customer service. I received a prompt reply from Rachel and my query was sorted fuss free. Amazing customer service. I will certainly be looking to purchase further tiles for more projects I have around the home.

Fantastic service and great prices. Their returns policy is brilliant too so great value for money. Helpful staff with lots of ideas too.
