Our first experience with Topps Tiles Canterbury was actually very positive. The customer service was helpful and at the time we left feeling satisfied. Unfortunately, looking back, that first visit revealed the beginning of a series of costly mistakes. The quantity of tiles we were advised to purchase was underestimated, meaning we had to make another trip to order more. We accepted that mistakes can happen. However, when placing the second order, this person supplied us with the completely wrong tiles. These were then left sitting on our driveway until the following day while we waited for them to be collected, despite numerous unanswered phone calls by this person and eventually having to return to the store in person to chase a resolution. To make matters worse, she told us that the correct tiles are out of stock. Despite the mistake being entirely on their side, it was towards the end that she apologised for the error and tried to blame the Warehouse staff. Everyone can make the occasional mistake, but two significant errors on consecutive orders???the first with the quantity and the second with the product itself???suggest a worrying lack of attention to detail. I have chosen not to name the member of staff involved, as Topps Tiles can easily identify this order from our correspondence. My intention is not to single out an individual but to highlight the poor customer experience and the repeated errors that have cost us both time and money. It???s a real shame because our first impression of the store was good. Unfortunately, the overall experience has been so poor that I cannot confidently recommend Topps Tiles Canterbury based on the service we ultimately received/are receiving.

Great store. Parking is alright even for bigger vans. Store selection is great, always get what i need regarding tiling. And topps tiles staff seems to be more helpfull with their knowledge than different shops.

Great experience ordering tiles for our bathroom renovation. Jack was brilliant, really helped us decide on how many tiles we needed, how to choose the grouting colour, answered our endless questions- he was patient and very professional. Great customer service.

Great customer service and really helpful advice on choosing the right tiles for re-fitting our bathroom. Very happy with the results and will be coming back when we do the kitchen.

Great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. All the guys we dealt with were nice, deliveries were on time and they managed to get us some tiles that we liked, even if they were discontinued One of the best customer services (we renovated a whole house) and materials are qualitative. Our builders complimented the quality of the kitchen vynil and Gatsby tiles (bathroom floor) in particular.
