Dan was very helpful and took time to ensure we had everything we needed . Great knowledge and excellent customer service

I received outstanding service from DAN at the Topps Tiles Truro store. He was friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable, but what impressed me most was the amount of time and effort he put into helping me. He listened properly to what I was trying to achieve, talked me through the different options and made sure I had the right products and advice for my project. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. It is rare to come across someone who takes such genuine pride in helping customers. Nothing was too much trouble, and his attention to detail made the whole experience considerably easier and less stressful than it otherwise would have been. I left the store feeling confident in my choices and extremely appreciative of the service I received. He is a real asset to the branch, and I hope this feedback is passed on to the store management because his effort and professionalism deserve to be recognised. I would have no hesitation returning to this store or recommending it to others.

Visited Truro store on 19/6/26 and received superb service from Dan. Whilst we had already chosen our tiles, Dan gave excellent service and advice. Thank you for continuing with the customer service we have previously experienced.

Brilliant service. We came here last year for both kitchen and bathroom tiles and were impressed by the helpful staff. A year later and we needed some more tiles and so I phoned to check availability and one of the staff members (D) kindly went and checked the on site stock so that when we came in today there would be some. Great to be able to see tiles in person in good light and feel texture. We would really recommend Topps Tiles.

Can't recommend the Truro Topps Tiles Team enough! We popped in yesterday for tile inspiration, and Zak was very helpful and told us about their app that allows us to see the tiles in our actual room. We left the store with a few samples, and will be going back this week to buy our tiles for our kitchen! Next time we are looking to tile a wall or floor, we will definitely be returning! There is so much choice, and we knew we had come to the right place! Thanks to Zak and Grant for their help!
