Would highly recommend for any tiling needs. Always got what you need in stock and very helpful staff. Not many shops like this around anymore

William and Martyn gave great advice and support. Very excited to receive our new bathroom tiles. Would thoroughly recommend.

Terry and William are a real credit to the CTD Poole team???super friendly, helpful, and always ready with great advice. My wife and I visited all the local tile shops, and we ultimately chose a range from CTD. Now that the tiles are being fitted in our ensuite, we???re absolutely thrilled with our decision. Despite careful planning and adding the recommended wastage, I still ended up a few boxes short. Not wanting to delay my tiler, I contacted Terry, who went out of his way to track down exactly the number of boxes we needed - problem solved. Their hassle???free sample system also made it easy for us to choose the right tiles. The service here is outstanding, and a real asset to the company. We???ll definitely be returning to Terry and the team soon for the main bathroom tiles and recommend the company and products.

I have searched high and low for some decent looking tiles at a reasonable price for our two bathrooms we are having done. I finally found these at CTD Tiles in Poole but it was the amazing service which actually made me buy. Terry is terrific and has been so helpful in putting the quote together for me and putting through my order. Despite not having the exact measurements on me he was also amazingly accurate at estimating how many tiles I would need in the quote. Paul also helped with advice on tiles whilst William was a real star and managed to get me some much needed samples before putting in my order. The service at this place is a real credit to the company.

Great service! The new trainee was so polite and helpful. My order was handled efficiently and the order came in on the date promised. I would definitely recommend.
