We spent days trawling around all the tile specialists in Poole but nothing compared to Clay and Rock. We should say that walking into their fantastic showroom gave us the impression that our "budget " bathroom needs weren't going to be found here! However, their huge range of tiles and extremely competitive prices proved us wrong. All the staff were fantastic throughout the process and were super helpful when we returned a couple of unused packs. We highly recommend clay and rock, they are the best.

We have now used this tile shop and showroom twice and once again the service, advice and choice of products were second to none. A huge thank you to Helen, Mai and Simon for providing truly outstanding customer service from start to finish. We were especially grateful to Simon, who went above and beyond when we discovered there were not enough ice white glossy tiles available in the showroom. With our tiler due to start very soon, it became quite stressful as we thought we might need to completely change our choice of tiles. Simon immediately contacted the Salisbury branch to check if they had any spare stock - thankfully they did, which saved the whole project! The finished design of our shower room with the ice white glossy tiles and Monte Cristo glass mosaic feature walls has absolutely exceeded our expectations. We couldn???t be happier with the final result and would highly recommend this showroom to anyone looking for quality products and fantastic customer service.

From our very first visit Simon and his team have shown great interest and enthusiasm for our bathroom and en suite project. They helped us choose the right tiles and came up with innovative and creative suggestions to give the completed look one of high quality and good design. If that wasn???t enough they also quickly sourced us one replacement tile feature tiles that we needed to replace a breakage. Excellent friendly service from start to finish in a cutting edge showroom with all the latest designs. What a great team thanks again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, plenty of parking space right outside, nice selection of classy tiles, they happily stored them for a few weeks till we were ready to use them, they helped me carry them to and from the car, the finished job looks great, taking back the spare unused boxes was easy, I didn???t even need to bring my receipt. Overall, just a brilliant experience.
