Popped in as my basin trap was leaking. Ramzan took time to explain, using their own products, on how to prevent leaks. He opened a new item just so he could give me a real life example. It's acts like these that ensure you Master tiles will go the extra mile to assist you and give you the best option. He showed me a better washer and didn't even charge me for it. It was probably pennies, but it was the act itself that is worth millions. Businesses like this need recognition for their amazing customer service. I will most definitely be going back here. Thank you Master Tiles. ????

Absolutely amazing people from Start to finish. The bathroom is looking stunning. May Allah bless you all the work and effort you put through your customers. Thank you team Master Tiles & Bathrooms

Went to look around. Not a huge choice of tiles as I thought but staff was very helpful in helping me look around. Have plenty of other stock, bathrooms etc which I looked at too.

I purchased a full bathroom suite, cladding, tiles, a shower, the lot. Staff showed me around the showroom and explained what would work best for my budget. Everything was really high quality especially the bath and sink and overall very reasonably priced. They provided me with the contact details of a bathroom fitter who installed everything to a high quality and at a good price Would recommend for value for money and customer service
