We???ve had two sets of wardrobes fitted by Unflatpack, the first 4 years ago by Denver and the second more recently by Cosmin and couldn???t be happier. They have lasted so well, look amazing and fitted perfectly. Above all this company provide incredible customer service. I asked for Denver to fit our second set of wardrobes given how happy I was with the first, due to an injury he was unable to do this at short notice (a few days before). I was hesitant to have another fitter but within 30 mins Denver arranged for Cosmin take over. Cosmin is a machine! He didn???t break all day, got on with the job with minimal disturbance, was incredibly professional and above all the job was finished to just the same high standard as the first set of wardrobes that we had. My understanding is that Denver and Cosmin originally started Unflatpacked together although Cosmin now runs his own company. Couldn???t recommend this company highly enough!

We are delighted with our new wardrobes fitted by unflatpack. The whole process from design to fitting was really smooth and we were able to achieve the fitted shaker wardrobe look at a fraction of the cost of traditional built in wardrobes. We have an old Victorian house and every wall is wonky, but Denver went above and beyond to ensure the wardrobes fitted perfectly. The lights inside are a lovely touch too. The end result far exceeded our expectations. Thank you Denver and team!

Working with Unflatpack has been a great experience from start to finish. Kasia was incredibly helpful during the planning stage ??? scheduling calls, checking-in and helping design the wardrobe. Will then did an amazing job assembling and fitting the IKEA PAX wardrobe on a tricky, uneven wall in the flat - I couldn???t be happier with the way it turned out! He was professional and detail-oriented. He patiently handled major last-minute changes to the original plan and came up with creative design solutions to achieve the look I was going for. He stayed late to make sure everything was finished to a high standard and even cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I???d absolutely recommend Will and Unflatpack???s services to anyone looking to get a custom wardrobe done for a reasonable price.

The guys at Unflatpack were brilliant. Denver and Charlie arrived at 10am and stayed on till 10pm to finish it off. I'd read some of the reviews prior to hiring them about them staying late to get a job finished in a day, but didn't expect them to be able to do it, when the quoted time was 2 days! They were extremely professional and provided some humour as well, with Denver winding Charlie up (I believe it was Charlie's first job) I would fully recommend these guys to anyone. We chose to have the doors made out of MDF cut at b&q and the guys fitted these, before we finished them off - painting and adding trim. The only improvement I would suggest is the initial response and dialogue with the planning team, as this required some chasing.

I have used Unflatpack 3 times now to help build our office furniture, this has been from a small book shelf to about 20 different pieces of furniture in one day!!! Unflatpack are very responsive, extremely efficient and very reasonably priced. I have had two different installers who have done a remarkable job; they come in between the time slot given and get to work straight away, everything built to perfection. I have been able to leave them in the office to work while I carry on doing on with my day. This really gives me the comfort that I can buy anything from Ikea and have it built properly with no problems. Really is beneficial for office and home. I couldn't recommend a company more if I am honest!! 5/5
