Would avoid, were unable to fit a door knocker properly and refused to acknowledge there was an issue or fix. Disappointing. Edit: Would be very happy for you to return but would appreciate some contact in advance - I don't think just turning up when we are not at home is very good customer service. Would also be good for you to explain why your engineer didn't fit the knocker flush to the door, having it half sticking out from the door looks terrible and I certainly wouldn't consider it the "guaranteed top workmanship" your website claims. Edit: was resolved following the above public review.
