Luke was fantastic, fitted us in quickly, helped get our lock in a position to be able to use the door and got the replacement part ordered and fitted. He was really polite and friendly and tolerated my fascinated one year old sitting and watching him work! Highly recommend.

Really pleased that I came across these guys. My front door ended up locked shut needing a new lock mechanism. Called for a quote and within the hour someone was at my front door ready to fix it. Really polite helpful people, would recommend and use again if needed. Very reasonable on the price too I was expecting to pay much more so was nice to actually pay less than I expected for the service they provided which for me was 5 stars. Thanks again!

Just had luke here. Very professional, very punctual, done a fantastic job and would highly recommend. Will absolutely be using again in the future.

Great service from Tim and the team using the online form. Contacted me with an ETA, and resolved a misaligned composite door and replaced faulty lock on the spot and in quick time. Would recommend.

Luke got straight back to me after my enquiry, and fitted us in promptly, although not an emergency. He probably could have tried to upsell me more of a full replacement, but instead offered a more affordable compromise. Explained everything. Super friendly. Local and independent. Highly recommended.
