Dan called back promptly and arrived quickly to get my door open. He diagnosed the issue with the mechanism and initially attempted a repair. When it turned out a replacement was needed, he sourced the part straight away, returned, and fitted it. Excellent service!

Brilliant service from Dan! I called him in a panic and, by pure luck, he was only five minutes away from my house and came straight over. He quickly resolved the issue with no hassle at all and had everything sorted in no time. Dan is really experienced, knowledgeable, professional and honest. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely happy with the work before leaving. It???s rare to find someone so reliable, efficient, and trustworthy these days. I genuinely couldn???t fault the service from start to finish and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a locksmith. I will definitely use him again if needed. Thank you so much Dan! ???????????????

Dan at Medway Locksmiths & Security was a great help, super responsive and got us inside very quickly! He also provided great advice over the phone when another company tried to rip us off with more intervention than was needed. Amazing service!

Dan really saved the day for me, waiting for a delivery and none of our keys were working so we were locked out of the house. He got to our home quickly and managed to fix the problem and get us in quickly and efficiently. He also explained everything he was doing, why and explaining all of the options available. Would definitely recommend him for any issues you???re having.

Great service from this locksmith. He arrived right on time, clearly explained what the issue was with the door lock, and talked me through the options before starting the work. The repair was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. Professional, reliable, and easy to deal with. I???d definitely recommend if you need a locksmith.
