I had a problem with my key stuck in my vauxhall insignia. The key wouldn't come out no matter what. It would turn and start to drive, but it wouldn't come out. I phoned a couple of places and got nowhere. I phoned up lockfast, and the guy on the other end told me to press the button. The problem was with a stuck button on the gear stick, so when I pressed that, a couple of times it released the key. Great service. Didn't come out, didn't want anything, just a big thank you to him for his help and service.

This happened a year or two ago and I forgot to review: I stupidly locked my car key in my boot. They were down pretty quickly and got it sorted even quicker. Definitely a mistake I won't make again lol.

I had an extremely poor experience with this locksmith. They arrived at my address without giving me any call. When I contacted them just a few minutes after the scheduled appointment, they were already impatient and ready to leave within minutes. They looked at my door, claimed they couldn???t fix it and left. Another locksmith solved the issue easily and efficiently, proving to me this company either lacks the proper skills or wasn???t honest. The whole experience was unprofessional and disappointing

Absolutely amazing! Paul came out to me at 6pm - changed a night catch, deadbolt, put an extra latch on & a letter box. He was there for 2 hours making sure it was all perfect. Could not recommend him enough. Friendly, polite and tidy. Fabulous service

Excellent prompt service. Came within 20 mins of my call. I had locked myself out with a key in the lock inside. Had the door open within seconds. Very reasonable price considering the fast call out on a bank holiday weekend. Highly recommended. Very grateful customer.
