Called Mike two days ago as lock on front door had finally failed after causing problems for awhile. He came out promptly and assessed the likely issues and costs involved.it was a badly fitted ERA mechanism and badly positioned catches which were repaired with care and precision.Mike was an absolute gent , thoroughly professional, Look no further this man is top notch!????

Mike was professional throughout. He arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and clearly explained what needed to be done ??? then did exactly that. He got the jammed door open, carried out the repair, and changed the lock without any fuss. Tidied up after himself too. Great service all round.

Locked myself out.Fantastic fast arrival. No damage to door. Gave me some very good advice. Well priced. I would highly reccomend this locksmith. Hopefully I will take my key with me so it doesn't happen again. I will definitely use Epic again if it does. Thanks again for your help Epic.

Fantastic experience. Very professional, friendly and helpful on the phone prior to coming out and willing to give advice. Very good price, and fixed the problem in no time at all. Best experience I have had from a tradesperson in a very long time. I will absolutely be recommending Epic Locksmiths. Thanks again!

Mike came out after to me recently and he was absolutely brilliant. Really professional, friendly and polite from start to finish. He did everything I needed him to do, gave all the windows and doors a thorough once over, and sorted lots of little bits and pieces on various doors and windows. His fee was also extremely reasonable. I???ll definitely be using him again and would highly recommend him.
