We???ve used Mark several times over the years and I can???t rate him highly enough. He???s fast to respond, is very honest about what is required and very responsibly priced. It???s not very often you can refer to your locksmith by name and is known to be a local hero. The fact that he loves dogs is an even bigger bonus to how wonderful he is. You can???t go wrong using Mark - a Billericay Treasure

We had an issue with a side utility lock no longer working.Phoned Complete Locksmiths , spoke to Mark and booked an appointment . Mark and his son Elliott arrived exactly as booked , looked at the door , immediately knew what the issue was . With us not having a clue , he fully explained that we already had the spare parts required and unused in the door so no extra costs would be added . The door was fixed in less than 15 minutes . Totally professional , honest and timely service . Would 100% recommend, I've added Mark and Complete Locksmiths to my contacts and wouldn't think twice should the need arise . Our issue wasn't an emergency just a pain , Mark did say if it was Christmas morning and he was needed he would come . What more can you ask and great value too !

Was recommended on Facebook and very happy with the service. I msged mark and the next day at a time that was convenient for me he was round. Having just moved house he sorted all that I needed doing and very professional, polite and just very good at his job! Will defo recommend and have saved his number if I need it in the future! Thanks again!

I use Mark for fixing my doors (locks and hinges), he always does a great job. This time he and his colleague fixed my window after the window hinge was damaged. First class service, job done with minimal fuss and they also showed me how to adjust the window hinge if I needed to in future.

Mark attended promptly, calling ahead to confirm that he was on his way. He was knowledgeable, polite & friendly. He assessed the problems, discussed the resolutions & explained the pricing. He had the parts on his van to carry out all necessary repairs immediately. We are very pleased with the results & will happily use again. Highly recommended.
