Inns Locks. Local chap came out and serviced our locks. Gave the whole lock mechanism a check over. No need for changed locks just the call out fee. Thoroughly recommend this good honest company.

LIFESAVER ! I live overseas and visit my Mother in Hockley as often as possible. On a recent visit, I had just arrived in London for a sports event, when Mum called to say that she was unable to lock her patio door. She is 90 years old and this can be extremely worrying for a vulnerable person. How lucky was I to have found Fraser on a quick Google search !!! He was able to diagnose the issue by asking a couple of quick questions. A fixed quote was given, as well as a prompt ETA. When he arrived, my Mother immediately felt reassured that he was an understanding and caring person. The problem was solved remarkably quickly and I received instant confirmation and video of completion to my phone. Thank you Fraser. 5 Star service !!

Absolutely cannot recommend Frazier enough. Faultless service. He came on time. Communicated with me all the way from my first phone call right through the service. He was efficient, totally professional and did the job perfectly. Definitely 5star plus service

Excellent service from Fraser. He turned up when he said he would, in good time. He sorted the job efficiently and at the price he quoted, no messing. A good, honest, skilled tradesman. I would highly recommend.

Needed a locksmith in a bit of a pickle and Inns Locksmiths turned up promptly, sorted the lock without any faff, and kept things straightforward throughout. The chap was polite, tidy, and clearly knew his trade, which was reassuring when I was stood there half flustered on the doorstep. They got the job done well and the price felt fair for the service provided. Not quite a perfect five as there was a slight wait for a call-back, but overall I???d happily use them again if I found myself locked out or needing a replacement lock sorted.
