When the handle on our bifold door snapped, we knew who to call! The Lock Father fitted a new handle and also gave us tonnes of free advice on how to look after our doors. A great chap!

Carl from the lock father came out to our property today to solve an issue with our front door that we have had for 6 years! We have been unable to lock our door, sometimes being shut in where the door would not open. We???ve had at least 10 different people over the years trying to fix our door and failed. For the 1st time in our new build, we can close our door and actually lock it. I happened to mention the back door is hard to close too and he offered to take a look. Needless to say, he also fixed that. So grateful! He explained exactly what the problem is and worked tirelessly to fix the issue. If you need a locksmith, I highly recommend this guy.. he knows his stuff and I???ve no doubt can fix any problems. Very pleasant too. Thank you Carl

Contacted the company for a job. They STATED there was no call out fee on the phone and i would receive a call when the locksmith was on route to my house. luckily i was able to get into my house and as i was calling the locksmith???s back to state that i have got in, he arrived on scene and didn???t even get out the car. after i explained the situation they still said i have to pay full price for call out fee? would not recommend this company and there work especially with all these hidden fees embedded inside of the terms & conditions
