Called James after a break in and he responded within half an hour, arriving and changing our locks after a break in. Excellent service and made us feel safe again. Thank you so much

I mislaid my only key to my garage side door so contacted James who kindly offered me a same day appointment on a Saturday. I have to say I loved James' friendly and professional attitude. He changed and adjusted my replacement lock with no problems at all. I happily recommend James to everybody who needs a locksmith. It is great to know Maldon has access to a great locksmith.

Absolutely recommend him as the service was exceptional.

Used James to fix a garage door handle lock for me. Could turn key but mechanism had broken internally. It was a Saturday afternoon but he responded quickly. Identified that I would need new handle so agreed to order next working day and fitted it this morning. Very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Definitely recommend
