Shaun came out on Friday morning first thing after being contacted at 8pm the night before. My wife and I were due to go away for the weekend in our campervan but some little darlings had tried to steal it, breaking the ignition barrel in the process. He took about 40 minutes to install a new barrel, fit new key paddles to my remotes and fix the broken electrical connections. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent, cost ??80 to resynchronise a hyundai key fob after a flat battery. Hyundai wanted ??160per hour + VAT for diagnostic review, then a further ??80 + VAT to resync the fob. Oh to go back to simple key entry and ignition start....

I had a very disappointing experience. I paid him ??350 for two keys, but the keys he made didn???t work???we couldn???t lock or unlock the car door. When I contacted him to fix the issue, he insisted the problem was with my car, not the keys. He also told me the key wasn???t working because the SOS system wasn???t programmed, but the locksmith who made the new key for me said the SOS system has nothing to do with locking or unlocking the doors, and his explanation was completely wrong. I then went to another locksmith, who made a new key for me and charged ??180. Their key worked perfectly, and they confirmed there was nothing wrong with my car. They blocked me

That is not correct. The keys you made did not work in any lock on the car. A different locksmith made a new key, which works perfectly, and they confirmed there was nothing wrong with the vehicle or the locks. Buying the car from an auction has no connection to whether a correctly made key works or not. I contacted you to resolve the issue, but instead of helping, I was blocked. I had Keycoders out to program 2 keys for me, one for my Transit van, the other for a Honda Jazz. The service was great. They were on time, very polite and the keys work. It's a relief to have spare keys again! Thank you.
