Had Sadek come out yesterday, really quick, good communication and very friendly. Very clear from the start of price which is reasonable and how long he would be and how long it would take to unlock the door. Will definitely be calling again if I find myself lockout :)

Unbelievable service from Cardiff City Locksmith today. I have been having increasing problems opening and closing my conservatory door especially in the recent heatwave, so much so that I stopped using the door incase I couldn't close or lock it. Sadeek from Cardiff City Locksmith came this afternoon and quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Highly professional, knew exactly what the problem was and certainly didn't overcharge me, very pleased with the price. If I ever need a locksmith again I'll be phoning Sadeek.

Really grateful to have a locksmith like this. He came out very quickly and got our door open without damage so efficiently, all for a reasonable cost which was disclosed upfront. Thank you so much! I hope I don???t lock myself out again, but I certainly know who to call if I do.

Fast and trustworthy service. Sent pictures of lock before to get a quote and fairly priced. Top guy, would 100% recommend.

Really impressed with the service this morning. He replied instantly on a Sunday morning, arrived quickly, and had the job done in under a minute. Very reasonably priced too. Would definitely recommend!
