Excellent service I contacted the company via WhatsApp on the Sunday. There was an immediate response and an appointment was made for the next day. Harry arrived on time and he was extremely pleasant and polite and he resolved the issue quickly and skilfully. I can thoroughly recommend this service.

I had an excellent experience with LockFit Locksmiths Huntingdon and cannot recommend them highly enough. I contacted LockFit, and from the very beginning the service was outstanding. Chris Lemon was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His communication was superb throughout the entire process as he was friendly, professional, responsive, and transparent. Every question I had was answered promptly, and he kept me informed every step of the way. What really impressed me was the speed of the service. From my initial enquiry to having the new locks in hand took less than 24 hours, which exceeded my expectations. They supplied genuine APECS 3-Star high-security cylinders exactly as requested. The installation team were equally fantastic. They were punctual, polite, and incredibly friendly. Even after I mentioned that I was comfortable fitting the cylinders myself, they still very kindly offered to install them for me, simply to make sure everything was perfect. That level of customer care is rare these days and really demonstrates that they genuinely care about their customers and quality of service rather than simply making a sale. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and highly professional from start to finish. It's refreshing to deal with a company that combines excellent communication, fast turnaround times, quality products, and genuinely helpful people. If you're looking for a trustworthy locksmith in Huntingdon, Cambridge or the surrounding area, I would wholeheartedly recommend LockFit. Thanks again to Chris Lemon and the team for making the process so easy and for providing such exceptional customer service.

Job ID 7306. Matt was super friendly, helpful and professional, and did a 1st rate job replacing 2 locks, the morning after I'd called. I would recommend that anyone needing a locksmith, use his service!

Everything about the job was easy. Initial contact through whatsapp, a link to book the appointment, 5 mins. Next day the doors were fixed by a friendly and competent tradesman with no hassle for a good price. Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend. Super efficient, friendly and explained the work and cost before going ahead. Also went above and beyond to help with an additional issue whilst here. Will definitely use again in the future
