Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. I called Neil at ARC Locksmiths late yesterday evening and, to my surprise, he was able to come out the very next day! Neil supplied, cut and programmed a brand-new key for my van, complete with a replaceable battery, for less than half the price Ford wanted to charge me. The quality of the key is excellent, and everything works perfectly. He arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything, carried out the work to a very high standard, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. What really impressed me was that he also noticed our front door lock and barrel could do with adjusting. He kindly tightened everything up, made sure it was working perfectly again, and didn???t charge us a penny extra for his time or expertise. That level of customer service is so rare these days and was very much appreciated. It???s refreshing to find someone who is reliable, responsive, and genuinely takes pride in his work. The whole experience was completely hassle-free, and I couldn???t be happier with the service I received. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Neil at ARC Locksmiths to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable and highly skilled locksmith. Fantastic value, exceptional customer service, and workmanship you can trust. Thank you again, Neil!

I called Neil at 11:30pm on the Saturday of the World Cup semi final England match as I thought I???d lost my key and needed a replacement. He spent 20 minutes on the phone with me and began driving an hour to get to me. Luckily I found it. Neil was incredibly helpful and very understanding when I called to say sorry! Amazing service and I???m so grateful that he was willing to come out and go above and beyond to help me. Thank you.
