Brilliant service from Mark. He responds to messages quickly, does what he says he will and turns up when he says he will. He was helpful in figuring out what was wrong with a door I was having problems with, sorted that for me. Ordered parts for the door and came to fit them quickly. I am happy with the service I received and the amount charged. It???s usually difficult to get someone to have a look and sort out those smaller jobs. I would definitely recommend Mark.

I contacted mark in a bit of a panic, and we couldn???t have asked for better service. He responded to my messages quickly, answered my questions and gave reasonably priced quotes upfront. He arrived promptly and was professional and friendly throughout. It turned out the issue wasn???t what we originally thought, but that wasn???t a problem, he quickly assessed the situation and still managed to get us back inside without any hassle. You can tell he really knows what he???s doing, and his calm, helpful approach made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I???d highly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable locksmith!

Mark was very quick responding and looked at all alternatives to fix window lock. Came back same day to finish the job. Very helpful and great service

Mark came out to the Kirkgate Centre at very short notice to rescue our operations manager with a stuck key! After releasing the key and refurbishing the lock we then asked him to fit a replacement barrel and provide a large number of keys for us. The replacement was fitted swiftly and works beautifully. All for a very reasonable price. Thanks so much Mark! Highly recommend.

Never used a locksmith???s service before and through recommendation reached out to Mark Tubman. Great service from start to finish. Good communication, visited site exactly when stated and managed to gain access into our property using the best/appropriate technique for our circumstances. We have no hesitation in recommending Mark???s services, reliable and more importantly professional (this is a guy who takes pride in his work). 100% recommended, thanks again Mark.
