Excellent service. Arrived exactly when arranged, came to the house to do the job. Two new keys in perfect working order. Very reasonably priced. Lovely friendly chap too. Would definitely recommend Bob Car Keys.

Bob is amazing! I have a 59 reg Mini Cooper convertible and managed to lose one key then the battery in the other key died. I couldn???t replace the battery because the fob was sealed. Bob came out to Penrith on a Saturday afternoon and I now have a new key and a fresh battery in the other key for an amazingly reasonable cost. I would happily recommend Bob.???? Thank you Bob! ????

I thoroughly recommend Bob Car Keys who kindly replenished my two Vauxhall Keys for my Mokka. An absolute sterling job which was completed in minutes with class workmanship to get a great end result. I couldn???t be happier. I???ll certainly be recommending him to all my friend's.A genuinely top gentleman.

Contacted Bob this afternoon as my key broke (stupidly didn't have a spare). He was out at my address within a few hours. Not only is he a lovely person to speak to, he also knows his stuff. Now I have a brand new key and he was able to repair my old one for a spare. We used him as he did my husbands new car key last year, great service at reasonable costs

After searching high and low for, my Nissan Qashqai 2019 dci reg, spare key. I realised there was no alternative but to contact a supplier and key cutting firm. Two firms failed to even reply to my online request, with one other unable to assist for at least a month, crazy. However on contacting ???Bob Car Keys??? located in Carlisle, a reply was received in minutes. Bob the owner came directly to my home and programmed and cut a new key very quickly. His professional knowledge and skill was second to none. During the process, Bob invited me to sit alongside him in the car, so that he could explain everything he was doing. Bob was like a friend, not your average worker. He took pride in his work and treated my car with respect. So much so, as too say, he even offered to carry out a vehicle electronic check for free. I???m absolutely delighted to have selected BOB CAR KEYS. I can highly recommend him, to anyone who needs help with a car key problem, or similar. Excellent, genuine service from start to finish ??? Thank you Bob, your a gem 100%
