Excellent service from Elliot, firstly he answered his phone in the evening and came out to us immediately. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the warn door lock and charged an extremely fair price. Very grateful, he was also a lovely chap to deal with. A* Service.

Great abd friendly service from Elliot. Diagnosed the lock problem quickly and sorted it with some new parts. Professional and skilled , would thoroughly recommend him and would use him again if the need arose. Thanks

I managed to lock my car keys in the boot on my car and had various locks smiths and the AA come to try and get them out but to no success... Had the AA recommend Elliot from Cumbria safe and locks and managed to make it look somewhat very easy getting them out with absolutely zero damage to the car!! If I could score him 10 stars id give him 11 !! Very professional and polite 100% recommend!! And even for a Sunday very reasonably priced! Very very happy customer

After my door was locked, and then got completely stuck, I contacted Elliott to help. He was there promptly the next day, and fixed it in minutes, despite it being the oldest door ever. Lovely guy, great service. Also loved his story about being Robin Hood. Lol. Would definitely recommend. ????
