Taking on a full back-to-brick renovation of a six-bedroom property was a major project, but the Sky House team made the entire process feel seamless from start to finish. Working closely alongside our architect, they transformed our home with genuine care, passion and attention to detail ??? from the kitchen and loft extensions to adding three new bathrooms, complete rewiring and plumbing, garden patio, and extensive internal alterations. The quality of workmanship, organisation and communication was outstanding throughout, and the whole team was proactive, reliable and a pleasure to work with. When unexpected challenges arose outside the original scope, they were always transparent, fair and took the time to clearly explain any additional costs. We are absolutely delighted with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Sky House Team.

We worked with Spyros, Saphie and the team on the complete renovation of a grade II listed house in Blackheath, including new kitchen, bathrooms, rewiring, plumbing, new roof and other internal alterations. The team worked seamlessly with our architect to preserve the character of original house but create a sense of modernity. We would highly recommend Sky for the extremely high quality of finish as well as their competitive pricing, project management, communication and flexibility. They made what we feared would be a difficult project an absolute pleasure.

Many thanks to Spyros and his team who completed a tricky back garden development at my house in South West London. The development was a semi-sunken, single floor one bedroomed detached house which was completed to a high standard and into which I have now down-sized. I particularly valued their open, honest and fair approach to resolving the various problems that inevitably arose during a build of this size; also, the high quality of their work.

Sky House refurbed our entire flat : bathrooms , kitchen, flooring .electrics ,heating and all decor and did an amazing job! Hard workers and very thorough with excellent communication at all times. Everything we asked them to do was carried out to an extremely high standard. Total commitment from the beginning to the end of the project with everything left spotless. Highly recomend !

Spyros, Donald and all the team at Sky House are fantastic. They worked for us on a full house renovation and did a brilliant job. They care deeply about quality, and are excellent problem solvers and communicators. A delight to work with and I can???t recommend them highly enough.
