We recently hired Z&S Builders Ltd for a full renovation of our 4-bedroom house in Pinner, and the results exceeded our expectations. The team completely stripped the property back and carried out a full transformation, including a brand-new kitchen, flooring throughout, full electrical and plumbing work, and two bathroom renovations. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and workmanship were outstanding. They kept us informed at every stage and delivered everything to a very high standard. The quality of the finish is excellent, and the house feels completely renewed. We would highly recommend Z&S Builders Ltd to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled team for major renovation work.

Z&S Builders were a pleasure to work with. We used them for a full renovation that covered pretty much everything: structural work (removing walls, chimneys, installing steels), bi-fold doors, brickwork, full rewire and plumbing, kitchen and bathroom installs, flooring/tiling, a loft conversion, and all the finishing touches. Given how extensive the project was, we were careful about who we appointed. We actually chose Z&S based purely on their Checkatrade reviews, and they absolutely lived up to them. The team were professional, hardworking and paid close attention to detail throughout. Just as importantly, they were reliable, easy to deal with, and genuinely good people to have around during a long project. I???d have no hesitation recommending them and will definitely be using them again in the future.

The builder arrived exactly when promised, kept us updated throughout, and really listened to what we wanted. We went for a modern look with new tiling, a walk-in shower, fresh suite, and better storage ??? they suggested a few clever tweaks that made the space feel much bigger and more practical without going over budget. The workmanship was top-notch: tiling was perfectly level and grouted neatly, plumbing was spotless with no leaks, and everything was fitted beautifully. They were tidy too ??? cleaned up every single day and left the place spotless at the end. No mess, no stress! The project finished bang on time (actually a day early!), and the final result looks stunning ??? it's like a completely different room now. We're absolutely thrilled every time we use it.

We were recommended Z&S Builder Ltd by a family friend, and we couldn???t be more thankful. They recently completed a fabulous renovation of our master bathroom, and the results exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, the team was professional, trustworthy, and incredibly clean. They showed up in proper uniforms, were always friendly and respectful, and made sure to leave the workspace spotless at the end of each day. We especially appreciated that no one smoked on our property ??? something that had been a big issue with a previous contractor who showed up in dirty clothes, constantly smoked, and eventually took our deposit and disappeared after only partially completing the work. When Mani from Z&S came to assess our situation, he immediately understood the urgency, especially with us having kids and no functioning master bathroom. He started the project right away. While their price was higher than the previous contractor, we now understand the value of working with a reputable company. You truly get what you pay for ??? and in this case, it was quality craftsmanship and peace of mind. Highly recommend Z&S Builder Ltd ??? they turned a stressful situation into a smooth and satisfying experience.
