Built a great relationship with Lee ahead of signing up, talking through step by step of how the build would go, answering all technical and broader questions. Lee???s years of expertise clearly shows. Quality of work & workmanship on rear dormer loft conversion was excellent. Yan and his team were brilliant, knowledgeable and skilled as were the plumbers (Matt) electricians (Matt) and carpenters (Jermaine). The LMB office (Jo & T) were great at resolving queries as they arose.

Outstanding Loft Conversion and First-Class Team LMB converted our loft and also carried out additional work on the first floor, and we are absolutely delighted with the results. From start to finish, the entire team demonstrated professionalism, craftsmanship, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality work. A special mention goes to Darius, whose carpentry work was truly first class, Ramunas for his outstanding plumbing, and Wes for the excellent electrical work. We would also like to recognise Slawek and Povel, who did a fantastic job constructing the shell at the beginning of the project. Their workmanship set the standard and established the positive tone that carried through the entire build. Stephen managed the project exceptionally well, keeping everything organised and running smoothly, while Joanne and the office team were always helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout. The quality of workmanship across every aspect of the project has been superb, and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. Lee has built a great business and clearly leads a talented and dedicated team. We would highly recommend LMB to anyone considering a loft conversion or home improvement project. In fact, if we ever needed another loft conversion, LMB would be our first and only choice.

Experience tells me that one should always expect building projects to take a bit longer and cost a little more, and whilst this project was no different, I can certainly state that I am proud of what was achieved, and am delighted by the positive response by everyone that sees the improvements that have been made to my house by LMB Group Ltd. Once I had discovered the existence of a customer service dept, things moved smoothly and all snagging issues and post-build problems were dealt with by Joanna and the team in a timely manner. A big shout out to Mick and Rob who built an incredibly strong structure, and to Des who would uncomplainingly squeeze into any tight corner to clear, lift or install insulation, and did a wonderful clear up and clean once everyone had gone.

Would I use LMB again? Yes. Absolutely. LMB recently completed my loft conversion, and the end result is excellent. The quality of the workmanship is consistently high, and every trade that came through was professional, skilled, and respectful. Even more impressive, the entire project was completed in just six weeks. The team carried out all the work while we were still living in the house, and they were incredibly considerate???keeping everything tidy, organised, and surprisingly dust???free. It made a huge difference to how easy the whole process felt. If I were to suggest one improvement, it would be having a clearer, more structured timeline provided right at the start of the project with a clear week ahead uodate of whats happening and finally to make a bit clearer in their project start form what the exclusions or extra costs to the set pricing quote would be. That said, once things got moving, the coordination became very strong. A big part of that was down to Lee. He personally stepped in to oversee the project while the new project manager was still settling into his role with the company and his hands???on involvement made a real difference. Between Lee taking charge and my direct communication with him, everything ran smoothly and stayed on track. I also want to give a special shout???out to the tradespeople who made the build what it is: - Kieran, the first???fix carpenter, whose precision and attention to detail set the foundation for everything that followed - Wes, the electrician, who worked efficiently and cleanly throughout - Dane, the plumber, who delivered great workmanship with zero fuss - JOP, the carpenter, whose finishing work was excellent - Mitch, the painter, who brought the space to life with a flawless finish - Chris, the carpet fitter, who completed the final touch perfectly -Joanne Office Manager super helpful and great at following up. Overall, I???m extremely pleased with the final result and would confidently recommend LMB Loft Conversions for their craftsmanship, professionalism, and the strong support provided by Lee and the whole team.

We chose LMB Group to build our L-shaped dormer loft conversion (2 bedrooms and an en-suite) and we are really happy with the result. The project was carried out under permitted development and took around 5 months from start to finish. Their quote was competitive and after lots of research we decided to appoint them as we felt they struck the right balance between price and being able to customise the build beyond the generic design and build project. Communication throughout the build was very good. They set up a WhatsApp group including the different trades, which made it easy to ask questions, get updates, and keep track of progress. Particular mention goes to Kieran who was amazing whilst we were in Japan for two weeks. He took deliveries, updated us on progress and facilitated last minute design changes. The build quality is excellent, and we were impressed with all the standard of the trades working on the project. Like with any build, a few issues came up during construction, but these were resolved promptly and professionally, which we appreciated. Overall, we???re very pleased with the finished loft and the extra space it has added to our home. I would definitely recommend LMB Group to anyone considering a loft conversion.
