We recently used Leigh and his team for our renovation, and we couldn't be happier with the end result. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and we're genuinely impressed with how everything has turned out. Communication throughout the project was really good. We had a WhatsApp group which made it easy to ask questions, and Leigh was always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Although Leigh owns the company, he's incredibly hands-on and genuinely cares about every job. He stayed closely involved throughout the build, regularly checking in, offering advice, and making sure everything was being done to a high standard. The team also came up with their own ideas and suggestions to improve the renovation, which really added to the finished result. It was clear throughout that they genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome rather than simply doing the minimum. Another thing we really appreciated was that, for parts of the renovation outside of his own scope, Leigh was able to recommend people from his network and help coordinate those elements of the project. It meant we didn't have the stress of trying to find and organise different trades ourselves, and everything moved along much more smoothly. Like any major renovation, we came across a few unexpected issues along the way. What really stood out was how Leigh dealt with them. He always made us feel completely at ease, reassuring us that everything was under control and that any problems would be resolved properly. Having that confidence in the person managing your project makes such a difference during what can otherwise be quite a stressful process. What really made the experience stand out was that it felt like a genuine team effort. Leigh and the whole team worked with us rather than just for us, and everyone was friendly, polite, approachable, and took real pride in what they were doing. We honestly couldn't be happier with the finished result and have completely fallen in love with our home. We'd have no hesitation in recommending Leigh and his team to anyone looking for a builder who genuinely cares about delivering an outstanding renovation

We just wanted to express our gratitude and satisfaction with the fantastic job done by LJF developments, who fit a velux window. From start to finish the project was completed on time and to a superb standard. Every member of the team was professional, courteous, and attentive to detail. The craftmanship is outstanding and we couldn't be happier with the results. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled building team. Thanks again for such a great job.

We recently completed a full house renovation project with LJF Development led by Leigh and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, Leigh and his team stood out and had been highly recommended. Before we even agreed to go ahead, he visited multiple times and took the time to properly assess everything and most importantly for us, focused on building trust. That initial approach gave us real confidence in choosing LJF. Throughout the project communication was excellent. Leigh kept us regularly updated with messages and photos which made a huge difference in keeping us feel involved and reassured at every stage. He was also very open to collaboration, working with us to incorporate additional features and ideas as the project progressed. The whole LJF team were professional, hardworking and clearly took pride in what they do. One thing that was particularly important to us was keeping everything coordinated “in-house,” and Lee delivered on that by recommending reliable tradespeople who worked together to get the job done. Whenever any issues arose (as they inevitably do in a project like this), we were always kept informed, and solutions were handled quickly and efficiently. Leigh made sure everything stayed on track, with each phase meeting its deadlines which helped the project run smoothly. We also really appreciated how adaptable the team were nothing ever felt like too much trouble and they were always willing to work with us to get things just right. Leigh summed it up best in our final meeting: “If you’re good with us, we’ll be good with you.” That approach definitely reflects how they operate. We’d highly recommend LJF Development to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and approachable builder.

From start to finish Leigh and his team have been fantastic. As he and the team are in demand we had to wait a bit for the job but once started we knew that the work would be first class. Leigh visited our house to view the job and advised his vision and we went with it and we are 100% glad we did! Price was fair but what you get for the price is a team that are dedicated to what they do! Made up!!

I can only echo the other reviews of LJF Developments. Leigh and his team are really professional, personable, and an all round great bunch. They've done such a fantastic job for us in building an extension at the back of our garage and side of the house and converting the garage too into an office, utility area, and downstairs toilet. While the extension is small the fact that it joins both the side of the house and the rear of the now converted garage has made such a large open kitchen with bi-folds onto a fantastic new patio it really feels like we've moved into a new house! We honestly could not be happier and would have no hesitation in recommending Leigh and his team. You won't be disappointed!
