Pillarless Kitchen extension with glass to corner My experience with this builder was truly exceptional, and I feel compelled to share the details. From our very first meeting, I was impressed by their professionalism and willingness to listen to my vision for the project. The entire team, from the office staff to the on-site builders, was not only efficient but radiated a positive and supportive atmosphere that made collaboration enjoyable. The on-site team consistently arrived punctually, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a friendly demeanor that made me feel at ease. They took the time to explain each phase of the project, ensuring that I understood the process and felt included in every decision. Their creativity shone through as they offered innovative solutions to challenges and provided valuable insights based on their extensive experience with previous builds. One aspect I particularly appreciated was their accessibility. They were readily available by phone outside of regular working hours, which made it easy for me to address questions or concerns as they arose, reflecting their genuine dedication to excellent customer service. Their attention to detail was second to none; no element of the project was overlooked. Even when faced with inclement weather, the team skillfully adapted their plans to stay on track with the schedule, demonstrating their commitment to delivering a high-quality outcome without unnecessary delays. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this builder for any construction project. With their professionalism, creativity, and dedication to client satisfaction, I am confident they will surpass your expectations just as they did mine!

We used PH & C Easter to extend our open plan kitchen area at the rear of our home. The team Carl sent to our house (John, Jamie & Jay) were absolutely fantastic. There time keeping was so punctual each morning, they worked so hard when they were here and at the end of each day they took time to clear up and left no mess at all. We are so pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend PH & C Easter

Highly recommend Carl and the team. Excellent quality of work and lovely people too! We had our garage converted into a utility and downstairs toilet and had a bedroom and en-suite built above. Carl and the team all gave brilliant suggestions and ideas to make the space the best it could be and we love it. They were punctual, hard working and reliable. We couldn’t have asked for more.

We used Carl and his team to do a major renovation of our house, taking it back to brick and completely changing the internal layout as well as adding a large garage with a green roof. The team were fantastic. They were hard working, polite and worked with us, offering improvements and advice all the way through the build. On such a large build, on an old house, we inevitably had challenges but the team and Carl were always there to ensure that these were solved quickly and efficiently. They clearly took a lot of pride in their work and the end product is a stunning transformation. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Easters were recommended having previously done work for both friends and neighbours, so we paid a small deposit to reserve a future timeslot given their popularity. After talking through initial design ideas with Carl he put us in touch with the relevant people to complete technical drawings & building control application. Carl would call with helpful suggestions & ideas throughout the project, but there was never any pressure if we chose an alternative option. Everybody involved on the job (staff & subcontractors) was professional, friendly and trustworthy and we were more than comfortable leaving them to get on with the job while we were out at work. No payment was requested until a significant amount of work had been completed and the final balance was only invoiced after completion once confirmed we were happy with everything. As with any project of this type there were inevitably small delays at times and odd issues which were quickly rectified. We are very pleased with the final result and would definitely recommend Carl and his team. Hopefully without missing anybody…thanks to James, Ben, Jamie, Kev & Jay on the build work, Lee on plastering, Matt & Tony on plumbing, Lee on Electrics, Simon & Roman on the kitchen fitting and Dean on the painting.
