Nothing best about camberBEST!! One of the worst companies I have ever used. Ordering process went ok, even though they gave me a 2 day window for delivery (Friday/Saturday) and had to wait until the following week. Fast forward Friday and nothing, Saturday waited until 12pm and still nothing. Called at 12pm, was told will be there before 5pm, 5pm came and went. So I called again, only to be told delivery will now be Monday. No reason given to why it was delayed or even why I was told a lie earlier. Asked to speak to a manager, was then transferred to another staff member who wasn't a manager and didn't have a clue what was going on, he then said managers gone home. Miraculously the call was then transferred to the so called manager Sam, what a great person he is, NOT! He didn't know why the delivery wasn't sent out and it wasn't there fault as things can happen. Not once on the 20min call did he apologise, no customer service whatsoever, how is he a manager? They have mentioned in other 1* reviews "we are primarily a trade supplier and the sites we deliver to are open all the time" well if that's the case, let your non trade customers know. Or even better don't offer delivery or even better still only open to trade?! They maybe cheaper than most but just pay that little extra for peace of mind DO NOT USE!!!

This is a great place to shop for your trade and DIY needs. The DIY range may be a little limited compared to B&Q but the prices are considerably less. The place is busy, so expect to wait for service. The staff are friendly and helpful when you get to them. For the five stars this place needs to be more responsive about waiting times, a little less rushed whilst being served and improved the variety of items.

God forbid these guys answer their phone or hire someone for post sales customer service. Material delivered with no receipt. I am sure i paid for 5 cement bags, only received 4. Darlaston Builders merchants are 100x better. I cannot even get a hold of someone to speak to about the problem.

Worst company to deal with. Chasing order since two weeks and no one wants to give right answer. Everyone on the phone is lying about delivery date. Quality of the tiles are the worst you can imagine. I have started a claim in the courts

Everything you need on the shelf. Great customer service and management is always friendly and happy to help. Any diy needs doing, this is the go to place for lowest prices.
