Iliyan at LockFit was extremely helpful when assessing what the right type of lock to choose for our front door. Booking him in was no problem, he was quick and efficient with his time but still made sure we knew why/ how he set up the locks. He was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with Iliyan. He arrived incredibly quickly, was highly professional, and was very helpful from start to finish. My issue involved a stuck, specialist-brand window that unfortunately couldn't be resolved by a standard locksmith. However, I deeply appreciated that Iliyan didn't try to force or break anything just to make a quick fix. Instead, he carefully evaluated the situation and gave me excellent, honest suggestions on how to get it repaired by a specialist brand technician. True to their promise, there were absolutely no call-out fees since the issue couldn't be resolved. Iliyan???s honesty and integrity are rare to find, and I will absolutely be reaching out to LockFit Stratford for any future lock-related jobs. Highly recommended!

I locked my car key inside the boot of my car, there was no latch in the car to let me in. I made an appointment with Ilyan for him to come the next day and open it. He had it sorted within 5/10 minutes and at a very reasonable price. I would recommend LockFit for anyone with locking issues! He is also a great guy!

had a great experience with this locksmith ??? fast, professional, and very friendly. They arrived quickly, explained everything clearly, and handled the job with real care and expertise. The pricing was fair with no surprises, and they made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I???d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable locksmith.

We were so lucky that exactly ILIYAN came to fix our problem with the from door.He was so quick. It was very difficult but he was calm and acted professional. The lock was unique and He ordered new immediately, but fixed a temporary and left us in very safe condition. Came next day with the new lock as we agreed, but the factory made changes and didn't,but He modified and made it to fit perfectly. He works very tidy and always clean after each visit. Highly recommend ILIYAN
